You might wonder, “why recipes? Isn’t this a physical therapy clinic?”
At CTS, we encourage our patients to consider avoiding major inflammatory foods such as gluten and refined/processed sugars. When the body is overwhelmed by inflammation, the healing process will occur at a much slower pace. So, to help on this journey to better health, we have put together a few good resources for recipes that are free of those two main inflammatory ingredients. Enjoy!
