Because this event was such a hit in 2012, CTS decided to have this class again. Once again, there was a very good attendance. Benefit Your Life and Earth Fare joined CTS in this event providing delicious gluten-free snacks and goodies. 

Unlike past CTS events, “Learn How to Tell What Your Body Needs” offered the crowd the unique opportunity to learn a hands-on method in how to select the best foods for the individual. The participation was great and many people were able to pick up on this method right away.

CTS was proud to present another educational community evening. Piotr Ulmer, MSPT, co-owner and founder of CTS, delved farther into the topic of gluten and discussed “The Hidden Dangers of Gluten”.
